Terms of Service

Visitzee provides online booking pages and a dashboard for salons and barbershops. By creating an account or using a Visitzee booking page you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the team members and customers you manage through it.

• The accuracy of your services, prices, hours, address and time off
• Honouring the bookings customers make on your page, and managing changes with them
• Having the right to use the logo, text and other content you upload
• Using customers' details only to provide the service they booked, and in line with the law and our Privacy Policy

Do not use Visitzee to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, upload harmful or infringing content, try to access other businesses' data, or interfere with the service, including by automated means that put load on it.

Visitzee is free to start. If we introduce paid plans or online payments, we will tell you before anything is charged, and you can choose whether to continue. Today, customers pay the salon directly at the salon.

We work to keep Visitzee running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own record of anything critical to your business. We may change or improve features over time.

You keep ownership of what you put into Visitzee. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run your booking page and dashboard. Visitzee's software, design and brand remain ours.

You can stop using Visitzee at any time and ask us to close your account (email support@visitzee.in). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Visitzee is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost bookings or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months (which is nothing on the free plan). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; if the change matters we will tell you in advance, and continuing to use Visitzee after it takes effect means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
