Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan covers a booking page, your calendar and up to three team members, with unlimited bookings. Paid features like reminders and online payments are coming with Pro.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They choose a service, a person and a time, then enter their name and phone number. That's it.
Can two people book the same time?
No. Overlapping bookings for the same person are rejected by the database itself, so even two simultaneous taps can't both succeed. The second person sees the slot is gone and picks another.
Can I take payments online?
Not yet. Today customers pay in person. Online payments and deposits are on the way, and they'll be optional.
Does it work on phones?
It's designed phone-first, for customers booking and for owners checking the day from the front desk.
Can I use my own domain?
Every business gets its own address, like yourname.visitzee.in. Custom domains are planned for later.
